Hi I’m Hannah, welcome to my blog! For my very first blog post I’ve decided to tell you a little bit about myself and why I’ve started this blog.
My name is Hannah Roebuck. I’m 17 years old. I was born November 28, 1997. I live in a small town in the middle of Arkansas that nobody has ever heard of. I have a three year old brother named Tripp who really tests my patience. I’m a cheerleader. I’m the editor of my schools yearbook. My favorite color is Maroon. I’m 5’6. My favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. But most importantly, I am a daughter of the King.
When I was 15 years old I accepted Christ into my life, and to this day that was the best decision I have ever made. I have learned so much through my walk with Christ the past few years, and I love to share my experiences with others in the hope that maybe someone else going through a similar situation can learn from my mistakes.
As a teenage girl, I understand what it feels like to believe that you have to be pretty to be accepted or that you have to have a boyfriend at all times to be happy. Through my walk with Christ I have learned that none of that is true whatsoever! I know that there are so many girls out there who feel this way at this very moment and with my help I want them to understand how beautiful they are in Gods eyes.
Long story short, I have decided to combine my love for Christ with my love for writing, and sharing His word. That’s how I got here, writing my first blog post! I want my blog to be completely centered around Christ and growing a stronger relationship with Him. I plan to write about the situations and trials I face as a Christian teen in a world where sex has become meaningless, swearing is normal, and underaged drinking is “cool”.
So join me in my walk with Christ and maybe through my blog you can draw closer to Him as well!
xoxo, Hannah
See what else I'm up too!
